    Giordano is the Founder and Head of Legal at Lexemin Professional Services with over 10 years of experience working across HR, legal, and corporate advisory roles.

    Their experience includes pre-litigation support, commercial disputes, contract and policy drafting, employee relations, compliance, risk management, and strategic business advisory. Giordano works closely with founders, executives, and corporate teams to provide clear, commercially realistic guidance in complex and sensitive situations.

    Focused, approachable, and driven by results, C.J. brings a deep expertise in commercial transactions, privacy, securities, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He supports clients and leadership teams with strategic legal advice on complex regulatory and transactional matters, delivering a practical, business-focused approach to managing risk and enabling growth.

    Creative and strategic in equal measure, Abi leads our Finance, Development & Compliance functions. She manages key client relationships and turns insight into action, driving growth and ensuring our value resonates with the right partners whilst ensuring financial and tax implications are maintained alongside regulatory frameworks updated regularly, providing clients with key playbooks on staying compliant.
